FBI Top Anti-Terrorism Experts Were on the Other Side Of the Country on 9/11
This brief news report adds yet another exercise/training drill that was taking place on 9/11/01. According to the report, the FBI's top rescue experts were finishing up a massive exercise in Monterrey, California. This brought chaos to the FBI's response teams. They were scheduled to fly back on Sept. 11th. and were trying to find a military flight back.
